Should patients' families have any questions, problems or concerns about their experience at Cohen Children's Medical Center, they may notify any member of their healthcare team. The nurse manager on the unit can handle most issues quickly and efficiently. However, if further assistance is needed, please contact the Patient Relations Department.
Our patient relations team will help in resolving concerns, getting suggestions to the right people, passing along compliments, assisting families with services we offer, and referring families to other resources.
On evenings and weekends, you may ask someone from your healthcare team to page the hospital's administrative director for nursing (ADN), who is available to address patient/family concerns.
